Corporate HR Recruitment System
The Virtual Consultant Corporate HR system is an Internet based recruitment database which allows HR Directors, Managers and Line Managers manage their recruitment process in real time, from any location.
The online system may be linked from an existing company website. We will provide the code to display vacancies on your own corporate website and any applications or online registrations will be directed to the online database system.
The front end of the system will transform your existing website in to a Jobs Board or Recruitment Agency style website, which includes a searchable vacancy database and features such as Jobs by Email.
Internal and advertised vacancies are added to the system by Line Managers or authorised personnel and all applications may be matched to them and short lists created.
The database system will collate and display a Timeline and Pipeline report which will show how many candidates are being processed through the varying stages of the recruitment process and how long each stage is taking. This is fantastic management information to highlight any problems or bottle-necks through the recruitment process.
