Competitions are intended to provide an incentive for candidates to register with the site. There are many jobs boards out there and you will always need quality candidate traffic. A competition generates interest and publicity for your website.
You select the prize and we will create a draw mechanism to allow you to select a winner. This may be based upon a candidate simply registering with the site and being entered in to a competition.
It may be via a Refer a Friend competition, where a registered candidate refers a friend, and if the friend registers, the referrer will be entered in to a competition.
The website database will randomly select a winner, so there can't be any cheating!
